After getting off a traffic stop and heading to where the rest of the people I were RPing with, I came across Will. He not only showed a positive member within BCSO, but a positive member within CoC. He talked to us for upwards of an hour, keeping us away from the commotion with my buddies scene. He talked more as a person than a deputy and set a positive example of what a deputy should be like. He showed that LEO's aren't just robots.

Cody was on a scene with me with suspect negotiations and high risk activations. Cody was one of the leads while I negotiated with the suspects. He was an awesome scene commander and deserves commendation!

Gonzalo was on scene where I was knocked out after winning a chess game against a friend. As he was treating me while waiting for EMS, which I had a extreme nose bleed, bleeding from mouth, and multiple scrapes, he kept very calm and helped lighten the mood. Overall Gonzalo did a amazing at handling the scene and keeping things under control and treating the PT until medical could arrive. Good Job!!

Erik has done an amazing job planning and executing this race which has been in the works for over a year. I am extremely impressed with the execution and handling of this many different agencies including BCSO,SAFR,Gruppe 6 and SAHP. He did a fantastic job making sure people knew what role they had to play in this and clearly he had put a lot of time and effort into this rally race. Whilst it had its hitches the race was a success! and hopefully this will help bring BCSO closer to the CIVS of Midwest RP.

Their professionalism and passion for the job. I've seen him do very well on calls that I've been on with him. He's doing a fantastic job and going to do very well within BCSO!

I just had an amazing traffic stop with Levi. Although I was going 12 MPH over the speed limit, Levi recognized that my character was being cooperative and in return showed kindness. He did not throw the book at me, he wasn't rude to me, just treated me like a human. 10/10
Travis P.

Travis has done an amazing job as a tsd fto, single handedly training 90% of the new division members over that last couple of weeks in a timely manor.

I was on scene on a male refusing to sign a ticket and refusing to step out because I was placing him under arrest. Unlike most supervisor Katie showed amazing support in her officers/troopers. She went above and beyond helping her subordinates. She stood her ground and didn't let the civ boss her around or tell her how she was going to handle the scene. She did the best job I have ever seen out of BCSO supervisors. She shows monumental leadership and she can show other supervisors how to lead and make sure they understand what they need to do as a supervisor.

While on as my blind character as civ, Will was attempting to stop me while I was running down a dirt road. I then walked in front of his car and he struck me. He then rendered aid to me and called out a supervisor for a crash. While they were doing there thing, Will was doing all he could to help me get back home. I refused a ride and ended up running off toward Joshua Rd. I was struck by another vehicle and they pulled back up to me. This time Will gave me a ride to what he thought was my house. The other deputy Dundee, went over to the yellow Jack and bought me a burger and brought it to me. Will did great work and represented BCSO well. He was even willing to come back and check on the blind man and help him find tools to survive as a blind man.

While on as a blind man, I was struck by Will B. while he was trying to stop me. Dundee showed up to assist and did a great job keeping track of the blind man. Once I ran off and was struck by another car on Joshua road, Dundee saw me and came to help me out again. While Will gave me a ride back to what they thought was my house, Dundee went by the Yellow Jack and bought myself some food and brought it to the house. Dundee went above and beyond to help a blind man. Both Will and Dundee did great and represented BCSO well.

How good the arrest reports he writes. They areeasy to read and also quite understandable I love going over his reports and it feels like I was there when the scene happened.

I was on a scene where I had my cow and he ended up escaping from the back of my trailer. Levi B arrived on scene and handled the situation amazing! We ended up tranq(ing) the cow and getting him back into my trailer. On the way back we got into a minor vehicle accident and again the cow was unharmed and escaped. Levi again tranq(ed) the cow and we loaded him back into the trailer and continued back to the farm. When we got there I guess the cow got really mad and attempted to harm Levi and Levi got attacked and severely injured. We ended up finishing up the scene and I was truly impressed with how he handled the scene!

I rode along with William for 6 hours today and tbh it was the best experience I've had in quite a while. William sometimes showcases how smart he is and made me laugh like hell. He's a great corporal and showcases BCSO in a positive manner at every interaction with a civ.
Michael D.

I witness Michael time and time again doing a great job on patrol which is something that I usually don't notice but Michael caught my attention. He uses his real life and in game skills to make proper and ethical decisions and never jumps the gun. This deputy deserves a promotion.
Gio C.

Gio is a remarkable deputy. He is constantly helping out in SAPW, FTO, and in the main chats. He is always eager to answer someone's question no matter the circumstance. Gio will drop whatever he is doing to go help someone or do someone's FTO stage. These are the leadership skills that I love to see in deputies.

I was on the side of the road after the start of a pursuit I was shot and bleeding out, when I pressed my panic and dispatch told me he'd give me units which sadly never happened. I eventually passed out from blood loss and slowly passed away due to no medical attention. I was waiting for a unit to stop as my car was on the side of the highway with its lights on in a weird position and about 15-20 other units passed me and didn't even think to stop when Rick S and Joseph M. passed me then turned around to check on the vehicle. Sadly by the time they got there I was already gone but they stopped when they could of kept on going like the other units and demonstrated care, and professionalism immediately by trying to tend to my wounds.

They were the only two to stop and check on me for nearly 30 minutes which I commend both for turning around and checking on me, even if it was too late.
