He stopped what he doing and we did a ride along and he was amazing at answering all my questions about sop to the cad he helped me alot I learned more from than previously. I wrote in a suggestion about the fto program. He should be a Fto the way he just easy to talk to very helpful and I think he would make a great fto..

Luke did absolutely OUTSTANDING! Right when we got on patrol, we got into a serious 10-80 with a motorcycle. We 10-0'd at first, so we continued to code 6 the area. Upon spotting the motorcycle again, a chase ensued. Due to the thunder storm, I could see the suspect or hear the radio. Luke took over all radio transmissions, perfectly got the description out, kept up 20's, stayed calm, collect, and over all was a key part of the scene. Without Luke, the suspect would of 100% gotten away. Amazing job, Luke! Keep it up!

Seth was on Senora Road running radar doing a great job of spreading out. Every interaction with Seth has been pleasant and he is a great deputy that expresses BCSOs core values.

During my time in discord I went into BCSO 1 while Will was conducting his stage while there I was listening to him and noticed how much detail and passion he was giving to ensure the probationary deputy was gathering the proper information and tools to facilitate a Successful Career in BCSO Will the dedication you showed is exactly what BCSO strive for in their FTO's Keep it up and do great things Kudo's

Taylor responded to a deputy down within the trails of Mount Chiliad Taylor did a great job staying calm on the scene and maintaining the scene while addressing medical to the deputy the best she could until Medical arrived. Great job Taylor keep it up.
Dundee F.

Dundee was on a scene, where I was the civilian and he was the deputy pulling me over. I had at first gave him a fake ID in an identity theft attempt, though switched up and gave him my actual name. Dundee and the real person were talking, and I ran on foot. Dundee was chasing me and the entire time was keeping him calm the whole way through, after I fell down a cliff, Dundee came and did everything possible to help save me. From placing bandages over my wounds, to cutting his own shirt off in pieces and wrapping my wounds with cut off strips of his clothes. Abe had carried me, and was as realistic as possible. He was pacing himself, panting after such a long run, all of the above. I’ve never had an officer go this in depth into the RP, to make it as realistic as possible, all while he was staying calm. After the arrest, I saw the arrest report and it was the most detailed report I’ve seen so far. He truly went into depth with this, and took his time to make sure things were right. This was amazing, and I’m positive that he’ll go far in the department.

I patrolled with deputy Noah as a union. I didn't expect much to our patrol. I was pleasantly surprised how deputy Noah handled and interacted with civs. On our patrol we encounter a couple of people having a rough time. I was surprised on how well deputy Noah approached and helped out the civilians. He was extremely understanding an he definitely help the civilians have a better day. Deputy Noah if you see this keep up the good work I love what your doing.

While performing a 10-12 with Alex I noticed he is very knowledgeable within the LEO Field. We responded to various 10-71 calls and he was able to comprehend why we did what we did and how it helped the situation. I hope to one day see Alex move up the ranks.

On Wednesday John B. did a awesome job hosting a escort operation as TSD. He successfully executed the operation and planned out a safe route that satisfied the civilian. During the whole operation he was professional and made the operation enjoyable for everyone that was involved. Great job John and thank you for that fun operation.

Riding along with Alex, he was someone who showed me a lot and gave tons of attention to everyone around him and was fully aware of his surroundings. He really represents what it means to be a Blaine County Sheriff's Deputy and I'm sure he would thrive in BCSO as time moves on.

I was on a traffic stop with Kai and he handled the scene incredibly. He was able to diffuse a becoming hostile situation keeping his Deputies and Troopers safe. He was calm and collected the entire confrontation whilst keeping professional. With that the subject eventually calmed down and became passive. An all-round incredible deputy and is a valuable asset.
Damien V | 3C-7

I have been patrolling a lot with Damien and just on scenes in general his attitude has been great on scenes. And recently Damien has shown true leadership on Supervisor Requests and on general scenes as a while and him going out of his way to go into great detail to explain things to make sure the civilian knows what they did wrong and how to fix that issue

I was on a scene with LSPD Officer Dylan S. and BSCO Deputy Carter H. Carter H. has been dealing with my 16 year old annoying character for many days now, as she has been very content while dealing with me. She is very professional in what she does, keep it up Carter!! It doesn't go unnoticed!
Joe P.

Joe during our entire 5 hour Operation, he was able to keep calm and assess the entire situation and use all of our resources that we needed. He took charge and did great at it. He definitely is someone that represents BCSO.

I was driving down Joshua Road when I heard Deputy Matthew call out a stop on a suspicious person on the corner of Panorama Dr and Joshua Road. I at first was confused because I passed him and he was holding a sign, I assume homeless just trying to make some spare change. I arrived on the scene and Matthew S was asking him questions and running his information, at the end of the encounter Matthew S. gave the man 50 dollars and gave him a free ride to the homeless camp off of GOH. I would like to thank Matthew for the kindness showed to a random civ on the side of the road. Keep it up!

In and out of game, Conor remains professional and embodies everything a BCSO deputy should strive to be. He goes above and beyond as an SAPW FTO and ever since bringing him aboard SAPW COC, he's been excelent in his duties. I feel like often times people forget it's not only in-game actions you can be commended for, and being awesome on patrol is great, but being great out of game should be noticed too!

When on scenes where people were injured they always do their best to provide high quality first aid to the injured on scene when EMS is en-route and when on scene they give a good report and size up of the patients the the medics. This is not only very helpful to the SAFR department but the injured on scene as well as what she is doing can and does help prevent death or further injury to the affected. They also do their best to help out any SAFR personnel on scene offering to get them equipment if needed while taking care of their own duties. On behalf of the department I would like to commend you on your efforts and thank you for the support on scene and encourage you to keep up the great work.
