Deputy Zac was requested to my scene to help pull my vehicle out from being stuck since he was driving a pickup truck. Deputy Zac responded and got my vehicle un-stuck. Once my vehicle was recovered, Deputy Zac noticed that there was some light smoke coming from my engine. Deputy Zac opened up the hood and quickly identified the issue. Deputy Zac grabbed some extra tools he had and repaired my car good enough to get it to a nearby mechanic. Deputy Zac took time to serve his community instead of just enforcing laws. Thank you, Deputy Zac!

I frequently do ride alongs with Zach and he always acts in a professional manner. We just handled a scene where Zach were the civs were arguing and being loud. He was calm and patient with the civs and wasn't arguing back with the civs. While the civs were arguing with us and yelling at us.

Was the only one on scene providing medical while 4 or 5 other officers were standing around doing nothing, worrying about a laptop more then 3 people dying

My character has a mental disability, i was sitting on top of the billboard and she noticed me, after they got my name and found out what mental illness i had, she knew right away what to do, but she was told by a firefighter to get down, they came at me from both sides and the firefighter thew a rope around my legs and pull me back and pinned me, Taylor advised them that doing that would make things worse but she was disregarded, once down, she took care of me in a calm manner and was able to calm me down, she handled my character and his problems very well.

This individual deserves a round of applause and pat on the back for job well done! He was a part of a huge SET takedown of six people for an underground fight club getting guns, drugs, and even an murderer with active felony warrants.
From just going from a small UC operation to bust small time dealers, DUI, and underage drinkers, we went to a multi-agency cooperative take-down. Props fellas. This is what roleplay is about, great work by all.

Rocker gave medical aid to me for a severely bleeding neck GSW and when he realized medics even county would not arrive for a considerable amount of time he took me in the back of the patrol car to a nearby hospital saving my charecters life.
This did not need a comedation, this DESERVED a comedation! Much respect to this man.

When I was waiting on the trainer for the refresher training James stepped in and started the training till the trainer was back for a call. I felt that he went above the call for starting it so I was not waiting for a long time.

I was on a call with Raymond, there were two people one that was down and one that was running. Everyone was chasing the one running but Raymond stepped up to treat the person that was down. Due to Raymond being selfless he ended up saving the persons life. I believe that what Raymond did deserves a Commendation because not many people would have done what he did. Keep up the great work Raymond!

Coming from someone who used to struggle to get Ride alongs as an FTO, Craig is always High spirited never backs down and always tries his best to get them and personally seeing him when he's with deputies helping them in server ETC sets a very high standard for BCSO and we love to see it, So craig keep up the amazing work.

It was one of my first times ever hosting an ACE operation. Rich was extremely helpful giving me tips at the beginning and helping out during the operation. At the end of the operation, he told me what to improve and how, and even offered to help me out on future operations so I could improve. I've really appreciated you helping me out Rich means the world to me. Thanks again keep what you're doing. :)

I was on a scene as a mountain lion. I called 311 as a local and said there was a strange looking dog rummaging through my trash at the 24/7 in sandy. Katie came out as wildlife and was prepared to scare the dog off. I rounded the corner as a mountain lion and walked towards her. She climbed on top of her truck and waited to see what I did instead of shooting me immediately. When I showed no interest in her and headed for the desert, she followed but never engaged. Katie is a credit to SAPW and BCSO as a whole. It's her restraint on this scene that I believe deserves recognition.
Katie, keep up the good work. I hope to scare the hell out of you again soon.

Whenever I get the chance to ride with Jamison I take it. He's a very enjoyable person to 10-12 with. He is a very entertaining person to be around while always remaining professional and always willing to go above and beyond for his department. I recently was in a flight with him for ASD. We were chasing a 10-80 subject through the county which ended up in a 10-70 through the senora desert. I was highly impressed that he didn't crash the helicopter or get us loss trying to find the pursuit. Ever since he moved up to the Commander of ASD he's really been killing it for the department as a whole! Keep up the great work and I look forward to flying with you again soon.

Man was this guy funny. The whole training we had with him was nothing but good vibes because he is just that kind of guy. Ryan went above and beyond with his training and made me feel very comfortable and laugh and giggle. Ryan was a very respectful person and will make a great face for the department.

On 1/4/2021, at approx 0025 MST, I was patrolling as my civilian character, Britney Lynn Madline. Prior to driving, I discovered that my driver license was no longer in the system. I therefore role played a scenario where i had to take a picture to get my driver license. At first, I walked into the BCSO lobby requesting to use their booking wall, but was denied. Later, Ashley came and assisted me in getting a photo. She took me to the station, escorted me to booking (using proper role playing procedures), and because of her actions, I was able to drive my vehicle and continue my role play.
I think it's important that law enforcement needs to actually help citizens and not always hold up a police armor. At times, helping people is what their job is. Ashley demonstrated the Sheriff's motto of being professional at all times, and took care of me as a citizen so I may have my license. It was a very small gesture, but one that allowed me to enjoy my night on server as a civilian.

Taylor went above and beyond on a scene i was on, Long story short my character had a panic attack of which she didnt calm down, Taylor was requested and came down, from there she de-escalated the scene, taking control and knowing what to do, She ended up spending 30 mins roughly on the scene , 15 mins after with my character making sure she calmed down, Hence why im writing this as taylor went above and beyond

Reserve Deputy Ben H. filed an arrest report on 01/06/2022 with a degree of thoroughness and quality that I have not seen to date in the arrest reports I have had to go through. I would believe that the report and evidence included would aptly hold up in the Justice Department under scrutiny of the Jury without additional testimony by the Deputy involved.

I had just completed my phase 3 ride along with Ryan F, and I was blown away by the professionalism, confidence, and personality he had. He was very professional, and when we had responded to a 71 request where we had to question a guy on a fentanyl charge, he knew exactly what he was doing. From watching how he handled it I learned a lot. In addition, throughout the ride along I noticed he is a very enjoyable guy to be around. Lastly, I had noticed whilst talking to him on his FTO work, how determined and how much of an asset he is to the department and the community in general. It is very clear to me that Ryan is a very important asset and I want to make sure it doesn’t go unrecognized.
Joe P.

I've been on quite a w scenes with Joe and every interaction I've had with him has been positive. If Joe shows up to a scene it immediately gets better and you know you're going to be treated fair no matter if its a traffic stop or an ACE op. He is definitely an underrated deputy and deserves his name out there more.

Overall, in and out of Server I have noticed Ryan everywhere. Mainly with the interactions of Members, I have noticed and worked with him on a few things here and there which have been great! Ryan has a great personality and a hard working mindset. Ryan's knowledge within Law Enforcement is also outstanding and mind blowing.
Ryan is someone you want to keep as a Chain of Command Member for the sake of the Department and Community as a whole, keep it up Ryan!!
