Commendations
Jude M.

Jude was very professional and cared a lot about the information that he was giving to me during my stage 1 and stage 2. Jude is clear and good about how he words things to me and I understood it amazingly. Jude is very kind and made me laugh and enjoy my Ride alongs more while we were having a quiet patrol inside of S1 and S2.

Their Extreme professionalism. I didn't know them and I'm still learning members of the community and I legitimately thought he was at LEAST a supervisor. Very good Probationary.
Adam T.

Adam T. responded to a Call involving myself and Jeremiah doing a Road Rage Scene, he did everything right while de-escalating the situation. I was pretty hot because my Camero's Door got destroyed by a MVA. Adam calmed down the situation and separated me from the other invidividual to attempt and gain control of the scene.
Derrick E.
3978
Derrick E. responded to a Call involving myself and Jeremiah doing a Road Rage Scene, with Derrick being pretty new to the Department, he really seemed like he know his stuff. Derrick handled the scene very well and I believe whoever did his Training in the FTO Department deserves some attention also. He gained control of a hostile subject and was able to effectively end a potentially dangerous scene with Guns drawing at one another to come to a peaceful resolution.
Dayvion S.

Dayvion has consistently proven to show the department core values. Integrity, excellence, fairness, and respect are all fundamental values he carries and will hopefully continue to carry throughout his career. With all encounters I've had with Dayvion, he constantly demonstrates the fundamentals most important to him and I feel with the respect he gives towards other community members, he will always get it back. On situations out in the field, he communicates with the others around him to come to a logical conclusion. Communication, and respect are crucial fundamentals to running a successful team and I feel as though I've seen Dayvion carry that through and through.

Francine (My elderly lady character) was pulled over by Jason for crossing the center line of the road. He approached and asked if I knew why I was pulled over. I explained to him that my grandson had gotten me a new phone and that it would not stop making noise and that I just wanted it to stop so I could drive. He told me that I was crossing the center line and dangerously close to hitting on coming traffic. During this time some other leeching civs tried to get his attention by driving and almost hitting us at what looked like 90mph. Instead of taking off after them he stayed with me and said that he would call for other units to get them and continued trying to show me how to use my new phone. All the time staying calm and professional. Before he could finish helping me, 2 more leeches showed up for a road rage incident and pulled him away, instead of getting upset, he called for backup (which arrived very fast) and asked me to sit tight and stay in the car. Once the road rage scene was dealt with Jason came back and finished helping me with my phone. Showing me how to silence it, take or reject calls...etc. Not once did he treat me like an idiot or a criminal and he actually took the time to show me things, instead of blowing me off and telling me to pay attention. He warned that what I was doing was illegal, and that I can be ticketed for it but that he would rather show me how to prevent it in the future then to ticket me then and there. Jason was a pro through and through....very kind, and handled the added stress of the those other civs incredibly well. 10/10 would have him pull me over again.
William D.

William did an amazing job in helping Ronnie, an escaped mental patient, get the help he needed. He was carrying an axe and switchblade, however, William, along with other officers, help deescalate the situation and placed Ronnie calmly under a mental health detention. William went the extra mile and got Ronnie some food and into some dry clothes back at the station since it was raining during ~65% of the scene. He then took him to the mental hospital of his choosing in Paleto. He was very courteous and respectful and went above and beyond what he had to do. Because of his kind actions Ronnie finally took the initiative to get some help.

Jude did my Stage 1 and 2, and did an amazing job helping me out, answering all my questions, and showing me the ropes! We joked around and had a great time, and he was very funny while also remaining professional!

Sam J.

Sam has been constantly keeping up to date with me since I joined, helping me with any questions I have about the department and also training too, he has constantly offered his support and offered his availability for when I do pass my training. He has been really helpful and has stood out from all of the others because of his support, and by the fact only he has helped me to that extent and also has made me feel very welcome to the department

I was on two calls with Corporal Rick during my patrol today. During both calls he was EXCEPTIONALLY pleasant and nice. He maintained a calm, but authoritative, manner and solved both scenes we were on really well.

James has been an AMAZING FTO, Wildlife officer, Traffic Safety officer, and overall an amazing person, James has a kind, honest personality. As he has shown continues progress and professionalism in the community! Thank you James for being here and doing a amazing job!

So James M. has proven himself time and time again in the county with anything that I have seen anyone ask for. Now this is more so for out of state per say. I have gone to James M. for just about anything now. ie questions, knowledge, or just general help and he has been there every time for me. He keeps me up to date on things in my sub division(TSD) and just regular BCSO. This certain individual has caught my attention very early on in my BCSO career and hope he keeps up his hard work. I am very happy to work with this individual and can say he is one of the best deputies out there.

This guy time and time again has taken time away from what he was doing to help me and give me advice. He spent over an hour with me just helping me set up my visuals for NVE and also assisted with setting up my second monitor. Very thankful to have people like him in this community who aren’t afraid to be selfless.

While on a scene of a officer down Jake did not try to jump to the 10-80 that happened, he decided to stay back and help the officer with me. Which not a lot of people do, they like to go to the action. He then start checking on the officer with me and I just let him take control because he really knew what he was doing and I wanted to see how he would handle the situation. I was very impressed with his rp skills on that scene and his knowledge on first aid.

Oli has been really helpful and shown leadership skills the past while and has helped myself out many times and i personally think he would make an amazing member of COC some day
Hayden F.

Myself and Hayden were performing a code-5 stop on a dash hound bus for a possible hostage situation. Hayden did an amazing job at using verbal commands stating them with a stern and professional manner for the entire scene. Even after we had detained the subject Hayden remained stern but peaceful attempting to calm down the confused man. Top tier scene by him and amazing work from his half. ~James M.

Mike D.

There was a shots fired call at 1041 near the Paleto Weigh station. Myself and Mike D. were attached to the call for OIS report. I arrived a little late but Mike D. already had the situation handled. I arrived on scene and i saw Mike deal with the officer and the trooper really professionally. He was concerning and really bounding with other department members and building a positive and amazing relationship with everyone on scene. This is an amazing quality for chain of command member and i believe Mike did a really good job on building relations with his people and people from other department. This is something that we all should see with every Chain of Command member in the community. Keep it up Mike!
