Leo R.

Leo spent time working with a suspect following what was reported as a stabbing and an altered subject. He spent the time to talk to a suspect and de-escalate instead of resorting to force, and connected with me. He showed great professionalism and respect.

He was allowing lower rank deputies to command some nice sized scenes and gave them some fantastic advice. I feel like he has shown a form of confidence like no other. I also think that he is very intelligent and is very easy to work with. He is very relaxing and is calm during high pressure scenes.
Garrick L. and Sam E.
3432 and 3531
Garrick and Sam did an extremely good job with an investigation. My CIV character Robert Thessenger had been shooting my pistol all over the Sandy Desert. Garrick and Sam stopped me once and did everything right to try and get me on negligent discharge of a firearm but they had no probable cause, however I still let them search my vehicle. I did everything I could to get out of it and it worked. However, I was stopped for speeding by another deputy and Garrick and Sam came by the traffic stop to speak with me about the shots I fired driving away from their traffic stop. With probable cause, they were able to determine it was me shooting. Well done Garrick and Sam!!!!!!!

Tonight I patrolled as San Andreas Parks & Wildlife. I came across Austin when I was getting ready to activate Romeo-1 (marine unit). I invited him on board to assist me in my marine patrol. He was extremely eager to participate and was very in-depth with his roleplay. Throughout our patrol, we visited multiple locations and looked for hazards, disabled vessels, wildlife, etc. Austin was extremely engaged and realistic in his RP. It goes to show how you can still have a quality patrol without civilian interaction, dispatched calls, or hours of signal 11. Austin is a professional, well-versed, and personable. He has the potential to do great things in BCSO. Austin -- Thank you for a fantastic patrol!

I was flagged down on panorama Dr. about a male in an orange Baller trying to sell drugs(green that goes in your veins) is what I was told. I arrived on scene with Angelo G. and we contacted the driver of the orange Baller who had stepped out of his vehicle. We detained the male subject on the suspicion of the male selling drugs. The vehicle was then searched and 5 pounds of marijuana was found in the trunk of the vehicle. The male asked for a supervisor, which had told Angelo that the probable cause search was illegal, which is not right. I am Commending Deputy Garcia for his knowledge of the law and realistically using the law.

He knew the law well and he was professional I noticed that when he took a statement from me and when he did a 10-11 on me. Later on in the day I got into an MVA with another vehicle at the yellow jack and the deputies put me in cuffs and searches me then placed me in the vehicle when I said this is a MVA just take my insurance they said no it's vandalism, granted I did lie to them and say he hit me and I had my vehicle parked and when they checked the CCTV footage the knew I was lying which is there reason for arresting me but it was still wrong. Paul B. was requested as a backup unit and when he noticed my vehicle he came up to me and told me what happened Mr. Alexander why you in cuffs and when I explained everything he said " So you are in cuffs for an MVA ? " I said " Well it is an MVA but they are calling it Vandalism " and he told me he would talk to the other deputies and figure everything out. Soon enough I was released thanks to the professionalism and understanding of deputy Paul. Deputy Paul showed a great model for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office more than once and it was outstanding and that's why I decided to come through and put in a commendation forum.

I was recently on a scene with Patrick involving a 10-50 were there was a male trapped inside of the vehicle the amount of experience he had was a amazing especially when he was with his probationary at the time i believe he was doing a stage but i noticed how he explained things to his probationary on what to do and how to do certain things.

I had a hilarious interaction with him that he handled amazingly. I kept fainting in character whenever he tried to hand me $200 for a cup of coffee. The whole scene was hilarious and a LOT of fun. I don't think anyone kept a straight face. He called medics, got me looked at, and still paid for the coffee! 10/10 would do it again. Thanks Riley!

Donovan helped me complete my stage 2 Probationary Ride along. He made me feel extremely comfortable during this, and assisted me with all questions no matter how obvious they were. Donovan has really made me feel welcomed here, and he is understanding in all the situations we were in.

Anthony helped me do my stage 1 and 2 ride along, he was very professional whilst making it a very good experience and very fun. He helped me with every question I had and answered them with perfection, he also did not laugh or hesitate answering any "Stupid" question. He welcomed me very well to the community helping me have a laugh, make friends and become a good deputy within Midwest RP.

While I was out selling fish around Sandy Shores, my house got broken into. While I was attempting to find the people who broke into my house 2 black muscle cars trespassed on my property so I called 911. Caden was there and was very respectful the whole time. Later I found Caden at the grapeseed LTD and asked if he could come check the cameras around the area. He agreed and we came back to my house and checked the cameras. He checked every camera which took about 25 minutes. He was patient and was respectful while I was anxious to find them. While he was checking cameras someone posted on life invader “Party at O’Neil Farm” so I went ahead and told Caden and he got ready to tell them to leave. 3 people came and were trying to go into the house. He was very respectful when telling them to get off the property. He then left the area of the house after finding no evidence saying it was their car. Later I searched up and found Caden’s work phone number and called him because I needed to report something. Then while I was on the phone someone came up to me and said I need to go into your house because the cops are after me. Caden said he was coming so we hung up. Caden showed up in a quickly manner but the guy had left through the back door. Later while Caden was around the grapeseed area the same male who said he ran from the cops came back and shot me and my friend. Caden was quick to arrive to the shots fired without any 911 call. At this same time someone caught my house on fire. While Caden was giving me medical treatment and the fire fighters working on the house, he did everything very professionally and was calm. After I was transported to the hospital and got a taxi back up to the farm. I spotted the people who allegedly caught my house on fire. I knew this because they checked the cameras across the street and saw the description and said it by me. At the same time the person who shot at me the first time came back and started shouting at the person in the explorer who was being arrested. The guys who started the fire were shooting towards the guy shooting at me and the guy being arrested. Caden was quick to go towards the shots and stop and ended up getting the situation cleared and gave medical treatment to the male who was shooting towards me. Great work Caden, keep it up!-Jake N.

I've been dealing with John S. ever since I had my ride along stages. He was very helpful with those and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional manner. Throughout my time here in MidwestRP when I've had questions I needed answers to or help regarding a situation I would always message him and he would get back to me within minutes and be very specific and helpful. I know part of CoC is to be helpful with questions and concerns we have but I feel like John S. has gone above and beyond when it comes to this and I would like him to get the recognition he deserves from his hire ups.

Was a wonderful person to have as an FTO and I feel as if (not excluding any other FTO) they would be lucky to have Jordan as an FTO as he makes the Cadet feel more connected and more welcome to the community during the training while making himself approachable for anyone that needs any sort of assistance.
