I was on a traffic stop at Larry's RV's for an apparent speeding violation. Leo arrived on scene as backup as my friend was acting rather suspicious. He was understanding my frustration, as I wasn't going said speeds and took the time to investigate it properly rather than just saying to handle it in court. On the same scene I was struck by a older gentlemen who then took off. Leo pursued and caught the male even after had rammed me off the road. Overall Leo showed great respect between all on scene and handled things amazingly. Truly great work, keep it up!

Myself and my friend were roleplaying as elderly characters and were being somewhat of a handful to LEOs. During all of our encounters with him which totaled about an 1 - 2 hours he was very kind and added to our rp a lot. Instead of simply arresting or shooting us he talked to us and got to know us which really made our nights well. Overall he made a lasting impression on us and I think deserved to me commended for his actions.

Ryan T. was an extremely nice and polite deputy on a traffic stop. He was cool and enhanced the roleplay majorly by using a PA system and allowing us to leave after blocking traffic. He isn't like normal deputies where they just do their job and leave, he was joking and overall a kind soul. Thanks Ryan!

I just bought a new motorbike and was testing it out. I sped past Ryan on Union Rd and instantly knew what I did so I immediately pulled over. He was extremely understanding and very respectful. After checking my information he said that he was just giving me a warning since he understands I am learning.
He later then blocked the road so myself and my friends could safely enter the highway without getting hit. Ryan did an outstanding job & was very professional.

We had 2 Sense 1 on Route 68 and 1 in Alqonquin Blvd at the first Sense I got pulled over by a cop for over taking in a 2 yellow lines after me talking a lot to the officer and explain him I didn't do it he wanted to give me a ticket for that that's when I called for a supervisor Matt arrived on sense and started to talking to me and getting my side of the story and after finishing with me he went to the officer after talking he explained to me what that the officer will still give me a ticket and that I will have to go to fight it in court the most important think in that sense was when he was respiting me and really listing to me unlike someone time I got into a talk to some supervisor after that in the 2 sense an officer did a drift that almost made me crash info him I stooped near the officer to ask for a supervisor at first that officer said not but then he got me one and then Matt arrived again I Explained to him what happened and I showed him a video of it he went to talk to the officer and explained him what he did wrong and again Matt came to the sense and fully respected me like I want people to.
Matt did a great job and he should keep it up like that.

I trained Daniel during his basic IDT LEO training. Despite the fact he was new to aspects of LEO RP, he was willing to take notes and put what he had learnt into practice and came out of the training a more knowledgeable deputy. He's going to make a good asset to the department. Daniel's attitude and behaviour was impeccable and it was nice to spend time with him.

Keith helped me complete my Phase 1 and 2 SAPW ride-along, What made him stand out was when it came to my Phase 2 ride-along, Keith has recently been suffering from some health issues and even after he read through a chunk of the patrol logs and after that took the time to help me complete my phase 2 with a painful mouth. He still carried on as nothing was wrong and talked me through the areas and documents he needed to, even answered any questions I had. So I wanted to give him this commendation for still taking the time to fulfil his duties and help other under strain of health issues and pain.

To be honest, Cody really went above and beyond my expectations as a field training officer. He did not let the rank go to his head in terms of how he talked to me. I felt like I was riding with a partner, rather than someone who is breathing down my neck for the smallest things. He corrected the small mistakes I was making and also helped me with some of the larger ones. He actually got to know me before we started and I think that got both of us in the right mindset for both stage 1 & 2 training. He knew I had my son in the background and was more than willing to actually accommodate for it. Anticipating that I might have to get up and do somethings with him before continuing my training. I really hope Cody gets promoted soon because he would surely deserve it. He was very mature and welcoming, I think he could tell that I might not have been comfortable with some things as a new member in the community and department, but he made me feel welcomed as well as really reached his arms out to help. I honestly recommend him for anyone willing to take their BCSO career serious. the amount of realism and patience and professionalism is un-canning. All I have to say is really keep up the great work! I had a S1 trainer before him and it completely botched. I actually debated staying after the "ride-along" but Cody has convinced me otherwise. I can not thank him enough!

i notice them being very professional in the way that they while we did you 10-50 call down by 635 flywheels he was straight out of his vehicle checking for a pulse and starting cpr and a result of that is the officer they survived and are doing well i also find that he is very professional in the way he uses his RTO

Me and Bailey done a fantastic ride along tonight! We had a couple of scenes as well that demonstrated his professionalism & etiquette. Especially on the scene down at grove street for a man who had been bitten by a dog, Bailey sprung into action getting other units and ems enroute. I was very impressed and will certainly be doing some more RA with him in the future! He is a top chap

Jeremiah G.

I really do hope this gets back to him because Jeremiah is honestly exactly what every sheriff should strive to be like. His professionalism is by far top notch, and the way he carries himself is exactly what I would expect out of a deputy. Reason I'm saying all this is because Clem, was out wondering intoxicated after leaving a friends house. He happened to see some loose cows that were out and being dressed as Santa, Clem took it upon himself to call them his reindeer. After the LEOs were able to get the cows taken care of, Jeremiah detained Clem, and took him to the station. There was no raising of the voice, no talking down to him, just straight professional and personable. He spoke to Clem as if he was just a normal person. He performed a FST on him, and saws that he was under the legal limit, yet still intoxicated. One thing that really caught my attention was this next part. Instead of arresting Clem, and putting yet another charge on his record, he offered to take Clem home. As they were walking out of the station, Jeremiah had noticed the multiple DUI's and other drinking related offenses on Clem record, and spoke to him about it. Asked him it the drinking was becoming a problem, and even offered to give Clem some information about seeking help, and attending AA. Now that, as a Civ, is what I love seeing when it comes to just casual roleplay. It wasn't about getting that arrest, or filing that ticket. It was just about the roleplay, and being a good person, and holding the sheriff's department to a high standard, and you can tell he wears the uniform with pride. Jeremiah is one guy, that I see going far within BCSO. So I just want to say thanks for that awesome experience!
