I did a drug sell and Kaden was the Undercover Buyer. Kaden did such a great job of acting as a real buyer and he even got pulled over which really convinced me that it was a real buy. Their were many signs that would have shown it was an operation but Kaden's responses to messages and just his overall approach of the operation was excellent and really caught me off guard. Usually I can tell if its an operation, however this one was so well done that I had no idea. Overall great scene, thanks.

Kai prepared an awesome warrant to serve, he prepared all documents with the help of others and had a great plan in place. The warrant turned out smoothly and gave a great time for a lot of people. Thanks for your hard work & dedication, Kai!

Dante handled my elderly character, who suffers from dementia very well. Although he had to shoot him, Dante acted professionally and went out of his way to make sure he understood everything with his dementia. I appreciate Dante's attention to detail and ensuring the scene went smooth. Great work Dante!

Tony is FANTASTIC at Parks/Wildlife operations. He is almost always active in the sub division and I know I can rely on him (as a dispatcher) to delegate and respond to calls as needed. He is great at prioritizing the calls he is receiving as well - especially when he is the only SAPW officer active.

Sergeant Terry V. provided me exceptional assistance as a supervisor request when another member of the community made a statement. I appreciate his great work within BCSO and the community! Sergeant First Class Mason M. has gone above and beyond his ability to assist me on training and excelling within my role as an LEO. Even with my IRL schedule timing and running a business. It is very hard for me to have a set time. But Mason always gets it done!

Amazing cops with great roleplay and amazing potential for some amazing in-depth scenes. I've seen them around a few times and have appreciated their RP greatly. The most recent scene with them had them chasing me after I had a stolen car pulled over, they were pro-active, looking for ways too catch me and amazing communication with each other. They were both really in-depth with their RP and although it wasn't a huge scene, it made the start of my patrol a very memorable one. Thank you both!

Tony was also on the pursuit with Emmett and I, during this he was secondary while other units were extremely far. Tony kept up callouts within seconds, advising of all the right things at the right times. Due to this, the pursuit ran smoothly and the suspect was apprehended.

Myself, Emmett and other units were in a vehicle pursuit and Emmett kept his composure and stayed calm whilst he was primary in pursuit. He had great callouts, advising on conditions and speed the entire time. Throughout all of this, the pursuit ran smoothly and went well. Great job Emmett!

I responded alongside Statie to a call for service at 1041 Great Ocean Hwy. Upon arriving the suspect was already in cuffs but appeared to be confused. Statie went above and beyond during the entire scene to help make sure that the suspect understood what was going on. The suspect even said that he had lost his head.. Statie thinking outside of the box grabbed his phone, turned it to selfie, and helped the suspect find his head still attached to his shoulders.

When I was pulled over by another deputy on 04/03/2023 that was trying to argue with me over towing my vehicle and was not explaining every thing I needed to do in specific, Deputy Alex R. stepped in trying to explain the deputy what was wrong and the deputy did not like it and just kept trying to argue it down. Deputy Alex R. did the right thing. He went to his vehicle called a supervisor to deal with the situation accordingly. Deputy Alex R. showed great professionalism and was respectful throughout the entire traffic stop. Alex didn't try to argue nothing with the other deputy and just stepped back and got the supervisor. Alex also remained calm during this traffic stop unlike the other deputy that was there. I just wanted to give a big thanks to this deputy and is for sure on the road to leadership.

Deputy Kaden, Is an outstanding deputy I have had a few interactions with him in the server, and the determination and drive that he has to make the streets of Blaine county just a little bit better, one drug dealer at a time. He also has some of the best comebacks when it comes to arguing with the Civilians while getting them to confess to their crimes. Any scene with Deputy Kaden is amazing!

His Professionalism and Offered to Help me While On a Scene I was on Investigating a Shooting. Having someone stop and ask if you need help when he doesn't have to shows Supervisor skills and him not being one yet is very surprising.

Emmett has been just an over all great deputy, i have noticed from time after time anytime i had to call for anything related either parks or just normal patrol to even ACE. he has been there to assist me with any challenge i have come to. like today i had a question about backstop for someone shooting he was able to come back and 10-1 me with the best response a deputy could have asked for. so thanks for the amazing work Emmett keep it up.
