Commendations
Charles H.

I was a cat, he handled it very well, He gave the cat water when he realized that the cat was thirsty. Then the cat ran away because a crazy man approached and he followed him calmly and found him in the flywheels, he approached him and pet him a little before trying to pick him up, but he he doesn't like to be picked up so he squirmed and Darrel didn't press any further, Seeing the pickup bed the cat jumped in and and lay down, but not without sinking his claws in the back right tire as he climbed making it pop, he roleplayed that very well, quickly replacing the tire before driving to the ark. At the Ark he asked the employees to check if the cat had any microchip, and he had one, he quickly found out that the cat belonged to a Bailey Freeman, he tried to call but had to leave a voicemail saying he found their cat. Mr Freeman quickly sent a text back saying that he was glad that they found him but that he was at the office and he couldnt pick up Winston and to just leave him at the Concierge. He could have just left it at the Ark and told Mr Freeman to pick him up when he can but no decided to go to the residence as Mr Freeman had kindly asked and to drop the cat there.
Only your first day and you have done amazingly! Keep up the good work and I am sure you'll be a wonderful asset to BCSO!
Trenan B, Jeffery M.
3C-179, 3C-32
I participated in a scene with Zach B. in which we roleplayed having him teach me to drive. After driving somewhat haphazardly for some time, Zach, playing the father, decided that I had had enough and needed to switch seats with him. I refused, and after some time of arguing back and forth, I left the area without him. After just a few minutes, the father had called 911 to report that I had left and I was pulled over by Trenan and Jeffery. I was immediately anxious and responded in a scared way, and the deputies did an amazing job of de-escalating by taking commands slow. Instead of jumping to detainment, arrest, or forced removal from the car, they instead took things one step at a time to lead to a peaceful ending. After some other events on-scene took place, the deputies drove me home. Both of them did an excellent job of playing out life-coaching and trying to get me back on track, which was above and beyond the requirements of the job. While the scene was somewhat set in place by us as civilians, deputies like these two allowed the scene to have become even more than we imagined in terms of realism and depth.
Reece H.
3C-8

He was exceptionally patient in me learning and took the time to recover all the stage 1 info I missed.
Doundrae B. & Noah W.
3C-329 & 3C-4
All this is live and can be viewed at request but Banker A. 3C-1 (BankerOOO) was in chat and participating. I was role playing as a civilian when I interacted with them. I had several in game hours later interacted with them on a traffic stop. I had recently smoked a lot of marijuana some time before and attempted to drive home. I was stopped initially by Dondrae B. for driving too slow on Rt. 68 near the Zancudo River. My civilian due to driving a convertible and not smoking in my car did not smell anymore of any drugs. To cut this short they stuck with it and despite not knowing how I was impaired right away they knew I shouldn't be driving and kept digging until they figured it out. Cheers to the two officers who figured it out and made the arrest.

Shen T 3C-328 & Jayden 3C-182
3C-182 & 3C-328
Both deputies showed great initiative & professionalism. The scene put LEO's on the back foot. However, with their split second decisions and the excellent team work and coordination, They dealt with a high stress situation effectively making sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted. Well done gents.
Andrew S.
3C-41
Month after month, Andrew is consistently scheduling trainings for our LEO Recruits. He always has a positive attitude, goes into a lot of details and answers questions to the best of his ability. As of currently, Andrew has trained 98 Recruits and conducted too many trainings to count. We thank him for his service to the Internal Development Team and hope that he continues down this road to lead towards a brighter future.

Ty F.
3C-45
One of my troopers crashed and I was unable to slow down due to my speeds but Ty without hesitation turned around and stopped with my trooper who crashed out.
Dani K.
3C-46
Dani, you have proven that your ability to de-escalate a scene is tremendous. Your way of calmly speaking to someone who's in an emotional rollercoaster was amazing. Keep on doing you Dani, you slay!
Chris R.
3C-56
I did a civilian patrol as a Autistic schizophrenic individual. Chris listened too me. Being an individual with special needs Chris took the time to stop and put normal police tactics to the side and learn who I am. Man deserves a double promo he is a leader and should be helping show new troopers what the ropes are. When someone stops to learn who their dealing with and who the person is...that's protecting and serving. I wish I was this good of an officer.
Chris P.
3C-264
Chris was on route 68 when he saw a car appearing to be swerving. They took into account desync, and really ensured the civ was trying to swerve (which I was). They instantly suspected DUI and roleplayed accordingly. They did a very good job building a relationship with the character, and remaining very professional. Job well done!
Sebastion R.
3C-324
I was on as Civ Reserve and I witnessed them actively patrolling the area of Great Chaparrel. I, personally, rarely ever see other LEO presence in this general area and it was great to see Sebastian patrolling out here. It gives this part of the world more life and I enjoy the fact that I could actually get caught doing things out here red handed rather than setting myself up.
Keith K.
3C-109
It was how he started an interaction with my Civ Character who has had issues talking since he had a wreck that caused him to have speech issues. He saw my Character reach for a notepad and write down that he has had speaking issues and was overall really understanding of the situation that was going on and handled it better than most others have.

I am not entirely sure on the protocol or the usual response time when a staff member is requested. However, I would like to commend Sel El B., as well as a host of other people who came to my aide almost instantaneously when I needed help from BCSO staff. This commendation is not for this person solely, but for the entire staff team at BCSO - great job guys!

Alexander B.
3C-171
Today on a scene with Alexander in which he arrested me. He was being nice and treating me like a human, even after I commited the crimes. We began speaking and I made an attempt to steal his car. I headbutted him and took his keys and he continued to RP through the scene even though it was probably annoying to RP. This kind of RP and tolerance to engage in annoying situations is the type of things we need in deputies and I hope Alexander advances through the ranks inside of the BCSO.
