Commendations
Alexander B.
3C-171
Alexander has impressed me the last few days I've been on scenes with him. His character actually has a caring personality and doesn't roleplay as if he's emotionless and only cares about arrests. The scenes I've been on with him showcase his ability to read situations and actually reach out to characters in roleplay and make a bond with them instead of just being heartless and void of any personality. I look forward to roleplaying with him in the future and seeing him go further.
Ian C
3C-113
Ian was my FTO for my stage 1 ride along in patrol. Ian did an outstanding job in server, acting professional, ensuring that I understood the material and policies within the department. He was incredibly thorough with every aspect of patrol, scenarios and any kind of situation that I may run into on a daily patrol. In only one ride along, he was able to provide me with a confidence to patrol and know what I’m doing. He constantly was checking in with me to make sure I understood and didn’t have any questions, kept me engaged, and kept the material interesting. Not only did Ian provide an outstanding level of quality as an FTO, but the department as a whole.

3C-321
I did stage 2 ride-along and he was great. We had some really good conversations about BCSO and ourselves and how long we've been here and overall was very knowledgeable person, he conducted himself extremely well in patrol, and I actually learn't a thing or two from him. And he was also a really cool person just to have a conversation with.
Darrel W.
3C-32
Deputy Darrell went out of his way to help me. He tried his best to find my car that was stolen three times and he gave me a ride to my house.
Jalon B.
3C-50
Jalon was able to explain a distressed male while showing authority and respect why things happened as they happened. He was very nice and a true example of a good example. He took time to explain me things multiple times and he was able calm down the situation. Thanks Jalon, you slay!
Shen T.
3C-259
Shen, have an extremely professional way of dealing with stressful things. I realized this yesterday, while I was on an MVA, and the drivers were arguing. They were shouting at each other and Shen helped me solve the problem, without injuries or even using any kind of force. I think Shen has an incredible professional level and he deserves that recommendation.
Jeffery M.
3C-28
After a slight disagreement Jeffery took his own time to come and talk it out. It takes a lot to do that and it says a lot about someones work ethic. I think that it shows both his ability to defend his men and his opinion yet also realize when he needs to work with a situation in a different manner. 10/10
Alexander B.
3C-171
During my scene as a Semi driver I was towing a whole gas tanker and after our most recent fuel drop off was at Sandy Shores Gas Station and after taking off, my partner accidentally left our gasoline release cap open to where our trailer started spilling gas all over the main strip of Joshua Road. A few minutes after driving down Joshua at slow rates of speed Alexander successfully gets our semi to stop and quickly assess the situation to where he knew that there was hundreds gallons of gas spilling all over Joshua and was already all over the majority of the road behind us. After getting me to pull the truck into the dirt he immediately started traffic control, and started to go into his trunk and pull out kitty litter and start pouring it onto the road to start getting the gas off the road. Shortly after the Hazmat team arriving, he continued to stay on scene and take statements from me and my partner. After taking our statements me and my partner get into a verbal altercation which ended up me stabbing him, which he dealt with quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Overall just an explanatory Deputy who deserves the recognition.

3C-331
Thoughtout the day I was offroading in a baller. I had two encounters with Yamato B, in which both times he was very respectful and enjoyable to be with on the scene, eventhough I wasn't giving them the easiest of times first time around. Overall, Yamato was very professional on scene and respectful at all times to everyone on the scene.
Nathan W.
3C-8
On June 28, 2020, at 1:35 AM EST. Nathan requested me for a statement regarding a complaint. During the statement process, Nathan kept it professional and time sufficient the entire time. Nathan makes the BCSO Department look awesome for his professionalism.

I Wanted to fill out the commendation form because of this deputies amazing conduct, during the entirety of the scene he remained professional and relaxed. even though my character slapped him across the face. Me and the deputy had a conversation about my characters history and he apologized to the deputy. The deputy was full of character and did his job extremely well! Keep up the amazing work!
Yamato B.

This deputy pulled over at my accident right after I called 911 to make sure I was alright. He stayed behind while FD was finishing there other calls and made sure that he patched up any open wounds that I had. He stayed behind even when FD pulled up to the scene just to make sure that I was alright. The deputy was very patient and helped me stay calm after the accident, making sure that everything was alright and updating me on the status of the responding paramedics. Once the paramedics showed up the deputy carefully moved my bike off the road, making sure to handle it with care, especially since it was almost totaled. Even after I was taken to the hospital the deputy stayed behind with my motorcycle to make sure that it was picked up by tow. I appreciate how much passion both this deputy and other deputies that I have come in contact with have put into their job, making sure to be kind to the people that they pulled over and to be understanding. It is great when you see this from the people that are there to serve and protect you and the community.
Alexander B.
3C-171
I have been on multiple scenes with Alexander and he has been extremely professionalism and maturity while on scenes and during his interactions with civilians. Alexander has proven himself to be an excellent deputy and he presented himself to the most upmost professionalism and standards.
Gavin M.
3C-328
Gavin M. had to deal with my character Starr Reynolds who was walking down the side of the highway being non compliant. She was coming down off of a high, and when grabbed and taken to the car, pulled out a knife on Gavin and the other deputies/troopers. Gavin helped keep the situation calm and practiced excellent de-escalation techniques to resolve the stand off situation on the side of the road without anyone getting hurt. While he had his weapon out for safety, he recognized I was not acting aggressively towards anyone and instead of letting the trooper taze me to end the stand off early or escalate things higher, should it miss me, he used his words to talk me down and get me to drop the knife and surrender to them to end the dangerous situation without a shot fired or a taze being delivered. Excellent job to Gavin.
Keith K
3C-42
Keith treated me very well during my stages 1 & 2 ridealongs. He acted professional at all times and was very informational.
CJ O.
3C-55
CJ has shown his ability to level up his RP level by using Text-RP to create backstories with civilians and use those to organize scenes in game and bring to life different aspect of civilian characters and their relationship with him as an LEO. This can be seen with the on-going text-rp with Rich. E and Xander where they go back and fourth creating a story almost like writting a book.
CJ O.
3C-55
We set up a big scene. CJ was willing to help with the rp and kept coming up with new and fresh ideas. Along with ways to keep the RP fresh for a full week. CJ is a credit to MWRP, and I would absolutely love to RP another big scene with him.
Eliot Q
3C-174
Eliot came on midway through planning my large scene. He jumped right in and helped with the planning of the final scene. Eliot made sure to read the past messages and get caught up with the storyline. He was quick to offer suggestions. Eliot deserves recognition for that.
Shen T
3C-109
I was on as Civ and my Character Jerry James was on a ledge about to jump. Shen was very calm in the situation tried to help Jerry as much as he could by talking to Jerry and trying to make him feel better when he was saying otherwise upon going to hospital Jerry was Pronounced Dead. His Cousin Jimmy came to the hospital looking for Jerry when jimmy asked Deputy Shen T. he showed Real Compassion for Jimmy. And the situation seriously, he takes Roleplay very seriously and realistically. And stays calm through the roughest situations, I feel he needs commended for his actions
Nick G.
3C-244
Nick did an outstanding job on my DUI scene when I kept throwing everything I could at him. This is from making him laugh to my character being rude. Nick remained overwhelmingly professional and even when things took a turn, he kept it up. Very strong and bright future in BCSO.
