Commendations
Joseph C.
3C-302
Currently writing this while on the trafficstop. Joseph pulls me over and I step out. He does great and pulls out a firearm and tells me to get back to my car. Joseph then proceeded to educate me on why he did it because I was calling 911. He commanded me in a respectful, straight forward and professional manner. Thank you for your service.
Robert C.
3C-21
He is very respectful, Is always there if you need him and want to ask questions, Very patient and great to work with, I'm glad to have him in the department.
BCSO FTOs
All of them
All of the BCSO FTOs should be recognized for doing such amazing work. Everyone really has stepped up and is assisting the best to their abilities on getting people trained, considering the huge increase with people joining the department. I have seen a huge turn around in the FTO program and quality work is truly being done. Keep on doing such amazing work guys/gals!
Alex S.
3C-22
Alex S. was extremely chill and funny on a scene. He made all 4 of us laugh and was overall being a great deputy and still did his job.
Robert C.
3C-21
Being really kind and funny to us during a non emergent scene. He really puts a smile on my face, amazing work out there Robert!
Jacob K.
3C-23
This guy deserves a commendation just because of all the awesome work he does and dedicates to the department. Today this guy went above and beyond helping me get on boarded as an FTO and answering questions I had about MidwestRP as a whole. Also back in the day when I first joined MidwestRP back in November, he was so generous and understandable when I made the transfer over to Civilian from BCSO. I made a promise that I would come back some day as a reserve and I kept my promise and I came back. He helped me get back into the flow and has went up and beyond ever since.
Noah W.
3C-5
Noah has always been there for me. Looking back at my time here at BCSO, Noah was always there lend me a helping hand. He gave my all three of my ride-a-longs way back in August of 2019, and boy how time goes by. As he climbed the ranks and took on more tasks, we distanced. I don't get to talk to him much anymore, but I do get to see all the work he is putting into making the BCSO the absolute best it can be. Noah, thank you for everything you do. Good luck on those finals!
Kyle B.
3C-7
Kyle can be a little intimating at times. When I first approached him I was pretty scared. But we got in a private call and I learned that he was a pretty cool guy. Eventually I would come to consider this pretty cool guy as one of my closest friends in the department. With that being said, not only do I think that Kyle is genuinely a good person, he also knows what he is doing. He is a strong leader, who is confident in his abilities but yet humble enough to not let it cloud his judgement. He knows what shots to call and when to call them. It doesn't matter the scenario, if I needed help, there's almost no one I'd want to back me up other than Kyle. Kyle is much more than a good person and in game supervisor, he does a lot of work behind the scenes, looking at patrol logs, voting on documents, creating suggestions. I wish I could share some of the crazy stuff he's tried to push through the BCSO Trello. He's always looking for ways to push the Sheriff's Office forward, and I appreciate it greatly.
Keep up the good work Kyle.
Alex C
3C-250
On a scene with Alex, he was very professional and extremely nice. I was active P&W and he sparked conversation about the sub division while we were waiting for EMS. Overall from the short time I spent talking to him, he was super nice and respectful as well as attentive to what I was saying. This is definitely what makes me proud to be part of BCSO!
Robert C. 3C-21
3C-21
When I started here at Midwest last week I was greeted with many nice people but no one more nice, respectful, and professional. Robert took me on my stage III ride along, during this he was extremely inspiring to me as he released me to the world. Since then every time I have interacted with him he maintains that same personality with his professionalism and respectfulness, Robert was recently promoted to Sergeant a rank that he deserves and much more, I can see him climbing the ranks very fast in the near future.
Cameron M.
3C-28
I was a dog that had been walking the street for about a half hour. Some officers had nearly hit me, but no one really tried to help me. I had some shew me away from SO2, but Cameron stopped and tried to get me calm and offered me a treat. He was able to get me in the truck and contacted my owner. He then drove me to my house and spoke to the owner and suggested a better collar. Very nice working with him and kept it very professional even though I was a dog.
Jason W.
3C-405
Jason really shows his knowledge of BCSO and MWRP policies and procedures. He also was cool by putting on a song for me by request while transporting me to the Sheriff's office for booking. Keep up the great LEO work!
Reece H.
3C-8
Individual is always willing to help anytime that is needed there have been many times that I have needed help and he has reached out and helped me. I think he would make an awesome undersheriff as well as sheriff.
Sel El B.
3C-31
As I am sure you all know, Sel was recently promoted to a Corporal. An incident happened where I had to speak to a BCSO COC Member. I pinged BCSO COC in the MidwestRP Discord where Sel immediately took my request. I went down there and explained the situation. Sel was extremely understanding and guided me in the right direction on how to handle it.
Not only does this go to Sel, but for the whole BCSO COC. Keep up the good work guys!

We had a commercial vehicle escort from 030 by the Los Santos Ports to Larry's RV Sales by Route 68 627. We had each jurisdiction cover the roadways and move from one intersection to another one by one to block the next one after the convoy passed them. Overall no one crashed, nor did anything chaotic occur and everyone did an amazing job.
He demonstrated great communication and coordination skills, He was able to block off lanes of traffic to assist our convoy of about 3 vehicles to move smoothly across the Sandy Shores area and section of Highways. Overall, did an amazing job in regards to the duties he was given.

3C-29
Camron is a blast to be around. He always brings the fun to the community and the department. He is professional when he needs to be and can really make you laugh as well. The best thing about Camron, He is always willing to lend a hand and is realiable. I am glad he is a part of BCSO CoC.
