Commendations
Michael P. | 3C-128
Michael saw my homeless character stood in the pouring rain on a street corner on the junction of Marina and East Joshua. I had weakly called over "can you spare some change?" and he doubled back, got out and asked if I was OK, could he take me somewhere out of the rain. He wound up getting me a change of clothes, some food, a hotel for 4 nights and $20 to hire a shirt and trousers to see if I could get a job. A thoroughly heart warming and very natural scene, he was unhurried, thorough and an absolute pleasure to RP with. Keep up the great work, and thank you.
Ryan O. | 3C-126
Ryan O. did a great job on spreading out of the normal highly patrolled area. Ryan O. was way out up in the hills by the Vineyard patrolling!
Great work spreading out!
Sincerely,
Kane T.
Senior Corporal
Hendrick M. 3C-100
Hendrick demonstrated great LEO/Safety knowledge as I had an MVA with a local while responding to a robbery on GOH and I was pulled over on the side of the road on a deadly curve so he put his explorer behind me for traffic and after doing so he was hit from behind in his explorer by a box truck going 50+ and injured him but he survived. Even tho he was injured and his car side swiped mine he saved me as I was in the 2009 charger and would have been killed from the impact. Keep up the great work Hendrick !
Noah W. | 3C-18 / Gabriel M. | 3C-39
I was running as Fire Marshall and investigated a fire. Then I got a hit on DNA and needed to serve a warrant. So, Noah and Gabriel activated as ACE and did an absolutely amazing job with helping me, and was very professional and respectful. Greatly appreciate them
Nathan G. | 3C-138
Nathan arrived on scene as an officer assisting the scene where Myself, 6X-1, and 6X-4 were present as Civilians. Nathan acted with professionalism and respect towards all of us present, even after I battered an LEO. Nathan was very level headed in both sides. No amount of words could be said to describe the appreciation we have towards him.
Signed,
Connor O. | 6X-15
Reece H. | 3C-25
Reece is always a hard working deputy. I noticed his promotion to corporal. I asked him a couple of questions and he was very helpful and deserves that promotion more than ever! I will always come to Reece for any problems that I have or anything I need. Please go to reece if you need anything!
Noah W. | 3C-15 | C-603
They are extremely respectful i also was looking for uk mic clicks they gave me them i see them in game quite a lot and we always have a laugh and just talk about what we have done that day or the day before and i always say how cool bcso is and we just about bcso in general.
Jacob C. | 3C-65
Jacob and myself 10-12 with each other a lot. When riding together he always keeps me “in check” persay. He always handles his civilian interactions very professionally. On top of that he is also very knowledgeable. When we’re on patrol together I know he always has my back, and he continues to make my experience here at Midwest (and the sheriffs office) an enjoyable one.
Joseph F. | 3C-34
Joseph always conducts himself with the utmost professionalism. Every time I've been a civilian on his scene, I've consistently seen him performing outstandingly, he's always respectful to people and doesn't jump to conclusions. This also extends to LEO, I've consistently observed him going the extra step to make the scene better. If it was my opinion, I'd love to see him in COC because of his great attitude and knowledge.
Martin M. | 3C-24
I started a call where I was drunk and fell asleep at the wheel while driving. Martin was first and only on scene. He approached but I was unresponsive. About 20 second later I got out the car and reached in my pockets and pulled a knife out. He immediately had his gun out and was commanding me to stop moving and out the knife down. I continued to move closer to him while swinging my knife about. He was backing up steadily while keeping aim on me. More units arrived and then the scene went on from there but I like how Martin handled that on his own because he had to wait for units for at least 1-2 minutes. I liked how he handled this because with some other LEOS I would of got shot straight away, not saying that is a bad way of doing things, I just liked how he didn’t really want to shoot and have me a lot of chances and kept backing up. I liked how that because I think that kept the scene realistic as most cops irl I assume don’t want to kill people.
Jacob C. | 3C-51
There Dedication. Today during my patrol I was riding a dirt bike around. I stumbled upon Jacob C. and began talking to him, I got some gas off him and was about to leave when he gave me information on a trail. Then after getting stranded on that trail (on purpose), I called 911 and he was attached the call (I believe). He then searched for me for 30-35 minutes until he found me. I've been in similar situations before and the searching officer(s) just gave up after 10 minutes and announced me as dead. This kind of determination is AMAZING and people who do this deserve to be acknowledged.
Joseph F. 3C-34
Joseph F. is a outstanding deputy and I like working with him within the RTO channels! He brings out role play to the full extent and always gives me the information I need! His radio traffic is outstanding and keeps RTO when things get hectic! Keep up the good work!
George L | 3C-50
George responded to my illegal dumping scene on the Cassidy Trail after dark. I suffered an audio outage and he gave me a chance to fix it by checking my plate in his car, then once sorted he tried his best to understand what was going on through my increasingly evasive and nervous answers. He played the scene really well, unable to cite me for the waste antifreeze and fuel I might have already dumped, but encouraging me to tell him where the chemicals came from and offered to take away a remaining can of 1.1.1 Trichloroethane that I hadn't dumped. He then went on to escort me off the park area and investigate (via text-chat) whether the 1.1.1 was the same chemical as marked and my story of meeting someone in the Yellow Jack, where I identified my accomplice from earlier. A really good scene and great to see the investigation and follow-up, thank you. :-D

Nikolay, Eric and I started to do some P&W calls. The first interaction with George and Jacob was great, they went over the hunter safety powerpoint. George & Jacob are always professional while on patrol and always making sure the parks and wildlife are kept clean and maintained. Today George & Jacob took us into the wild and taught us crossfire, firearm safety and things of that nature; They let us get hands-on experience in the field actually shooting deer. I shot 2 deer. We didn't know about the tags so they let us buy 30 tags 10 per person. After that, I tagged my 2 deer. At the end of the patrol, they taught me how to the skin and gut a deer properly and gave my character a nice diagram on where the meat is located. Keep up the great work George & Jacob.

A few days ago we started actively engaging with 2 particular BCSO Parks and Wildlife officers. We were a few immature adults with guns, that just wanted to go hunting. Those two P&W Officers were George L. 3C-50 and Jacob C. 3C-51. Throughout the few days of interactions we had multiple situations, engagements, interactions and discussions, which were amazing.
It all started off with us meeting them at the P&W Station, where they showed amazing skills as Field Training Officers in reading and teaching us protocols about hunting, trigger safety, Title 17 and everything that was required for us to know in order to successfully being hunting.
Today, they had pre-planned a field training, in which they taught us how to hunt, tag and skin, again - showing amazing FTO and Supervisor skills in thoroughly walking us over the whole process.
Both of them have been drawing Anthony, Eric and I to go in the County more and provide them with more RP, after realizing their capabilities. They have been doing an amazing job and presenting skills which every supervisor should have, they were super interactive, helpful, approachable and we enjoyed every single moment of our interactions with them.
I hope to see them both at BCSO Supervisor positions, for the simple reason that they already have the capabilities of patrol supervisor/s and field training officers, and they presented them to us in the span of a few days in multiple occasions. I have never seen such dedication from any other deputies. I have never had such interactions with other deputies and I have for sure never found any other deputies as approachable as them. (Deputies as in BCSO Membership, not Chain of Command). They show as much leadership as a BCSO Chain of Command member does.
To George and Jacob: Keep up the fantastic work guys, we are super happy with both of y'all's work and thanks to you, we have been considering to do more RP in the county! I'm amazingly happy with your efforts in order to improve the department that you are presenting.
Sincerely,
Nikolay R. F-103 | SCivR-1

Jacob H. 3C-114
Jacob pulled me over for failure to maintain lanes, on this traffic stop I was with a buddy and while on the traffic stop my buddy got out of my vehicle and pulled up on the scene with his own car and then drove across the street very aggressively. When my traffic stop was concluded he drove across the scene and talked to the civilian regarding his actions. While on the scene with him Jacob handled it very professional and in a good manner, he was very calm and collected all throughout the situation and did it in a mature and professional way. Can't wait for more scenes!
Noah W. 3C-75
When handling a officer shooting he had got all of the information needed to convict Thomas con. He handled the situation great and would love to do move rp with him

This man is just overall an amazing person. I would never want anyone else to be my HOD or anyone else to be working with. He is so kind, and understanding. And in server, he is amazing too. I love his RP. I am so glad I get the honor of working with him. And this department would be no where near what it is, without him. He has brought it to where it is. Thank you, jimmy. Hope to keep seeing great things from you, in the future.
